q444 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "q444" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the q444 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at q444.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered a q444 account or who accesses any part of the q444 platform, whether or not a registered account exists.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable account created by a Member upon successful registration on the q444 platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money BDT funds currently held within a Member's q444 account, excluding any locked bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or any other non-deposited value credited to a Member's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game, sports market, or any other q444 gaming product.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency of account balances and transactions on the q444 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by q444 before processing withdrawals or at any point the platform determines verification is necessary.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, promotional, and account management features made available through the q444 platform.

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. These Terms are written in English; in the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version prevails.

To register and maintain an active q444 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. q444 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and current personal details. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not already hold an existing q444 account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be voided.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or in the interest of, any third party. Accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions are met and that the information you have provided is accurate in all material respects. q444 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

q444 operates a mandatory KYC process to verify the identity, age, and payment method ownership of its Members. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, following a large deposit, or at any other time q444 deems appropriate.

Documents that may be requested during KYC include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar official document).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot or confirmation of mobile wallet registration matching the account name).
• A selfie or live photograph alongside the identity document, if requested.

Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, q444 reserves the right to restrict gameplay, place holds on pending withdrawals, and limit deposits. Withdrawal requests submitted while KYC documents are outstanding will not be processed until verification is complete.

q444 processes all account transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by q444, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary.
• Deposits processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Member's account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• q444 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges independently.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the Member's own name may be declined and returned. q444 applies a strict same-name policy on all transactions.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method that matches the name on the q444 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Pending KYC verification or active bonus wagering requirements will delay withdrawal processing until fully resolved.
• q444 targets processing all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours; the majority of mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are completed significantly faster under normal operating conditions.
• q444 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times in individual cases.

q444 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, the T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms:

• Bonus offers are available to Members aged 21 and above who have a verified q444 account in good standing.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or exploiting terms across multiple promotions simultaneously — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, q444's decision is final following review by the compliance team.

• q444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were published in error (including pricing errors, data feed errors, or display glitches). Affected Members will be notified and their stake refunded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q444 platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending and settled bets, forfeiture of balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using details belonging to another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information at registration or during KYC.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage exploitation, or money laundering through the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access to any third party.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using q444 as a vehicle for the transfer of illicit funds.

All content displayed on the q444 platform — including but not limited to the q444 brand name, logo, design elements, graphics, text, game interfaces, data feeds, software, and user interface components — is the exclusive intellectual property of q444 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the q444 platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any q444 content without express written permission.
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works based on q444 software or interfaces.
• Using the q444 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of q444's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by q444.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q444 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a Member's own gaming decisions, errors of judgement, or misunderstanding of game rules or betting markets.
• Technical failures, internet connectivity interruptions, or device-level issues that prevent access to the platform or cause a session to terminate unexpectedly.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and banking partners).
• Inaccuracies in data feeds, live scores, or odds information provided by third-party suppliers.

The q444 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for service disruptions caused by planned or unplanned maintenance, server outages, or force majeure events.

q444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of q444's Privacy Policy.

In summary, q444 collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have opted in, promotional communications. q444 does not sell personal data to third parties. Your continued use of the q444 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

The version of the Terms in force at the time a dispute arises will be the version that governs that dispute. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this page and is updated each time a material change is published.
